Waste Connections, Inc. Announces Exercise of Underwriters' Over-Allotment Option

Waste Connections, Inc. today announced that the underwriters of its recent public offering of 3,850,000 shares of Common Stock, led by Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, PaineWebber Incorporated, and Salomon Smith Barney, exercised their over-allotment option to purchase an additional 577,500 shares from the Company at the public offering price of $19.75 per share less underwriting discounts and commissions.
